Good Beginnings nutrition course

Good Beginnings is a free, fun and practical professional development opportunity for Ontario childcare providers. There's something for everyone, from ECEs, cooks and program administrators to ECE professors and students in Ontario College and University programs. Best of all, the 10 hours of online learning can be completed at your own pace - do it all in a weekend or take up to two months to finish.

Good Beginnings was developed by Registered Dietitians and provides interesting, relevant and up-to-date advice on preschool nutrition.  Topics include:
